I want to have access to as much information as possible to provide successful opportunities for all my students; knowing that our mandate is to provide independent access for learning. I know we all have busy lives and that our school year is hectic and sometimes without mercy, and that was evident on Saturday when the class was quite and engaged in the learning process. I am excited about the next couple of months and the opportunity to be involved in a professional learning community that shares my ideals and interests in supporting our children, thank you.

Mid-Week
It is truly amazing how exposure to knowledge is like opening our minds eye to knowledge. I am so surprised that after only one class on Saturday I am seeing my class with new lenses that is better informing my teaching. It is true that we can only assess what we know and until we have more information it is sometimes difficult to pin point areas of concern and have evidence to support that concern. I know it sounds like I am talking in riddles and probably making little sense but I am feeling hopeful that with the right education and experience we will be able to support all children; not just the ones that are already identified.
